Online Registration is now OPEN! - Early Bird Registration Ends Feb 3, 2012

Held at The Hamilton Downtown Arts Centre - 28 Rebecca St, Hamilton, ON

"I had the best weekend of my life!
I would recommend it to anyone!"
                      -Becca, Beanstalk Project Conference Participant

Want to be there too?  Here's how:

                      1. Choose the unconference you'd like to attend, and check the date on your calendar.
                      2. Talk to a parent or teacher about attending.  You'll need to miss a Friday of school, so it's important that you have adult support.
                      3. Register online.  You'll fill out the online form first, and then get a link to a more in-depth form.
                      4. Need financial help to make this happen?  After you register, fill out the bursary application.  Also, talk to parents, teachers, school councils, and anyone else you can think of.  Often schools have money set aside to help students do things exactly like this, but you'll need to ask around.  We're committed to ensuring that money doesn't hold students back.

Changing the World = A Whole Lot of Fun

It's a different sort of fun than "rah rah cheering." Though that can be fun too.
                      But THIS is different.
                      THIS is about developing skills.
                      THIS is about making change.
                      THIS is empowering.

                      See what participants are saying!

                      Here's what WE believe:

                      • Young people have great ideas.
                      • Doing good feels good.
                      • Experience is often the best teacher.
                      • Creativity & Play are essential.
                      • Personal connections are powerful.
                      • Feedback is important and constructive.

If YOU believe that stuff too,
                      YOU should be involved!
